Hi,
I tryed to use the backup feature in onecare. I chose to backup to E:/ drive. When prompted, I inserted a Maxell DVD+RW 4.7gb blank disk into the drive. Onecare returned an error (invalid network path). My icons in the pc's on the onecare circle turned to yellow status. I had to dissable backup feature to change icon's back to green status. How do I fix this?

If you have configured centralized backup you cannot use CDs or DVDs for backup, you must use an external drive or a network share.

Do you mean, like an online storage?

No, online storage is not supported. What is supported for centralized backup is an external hard drive or a server share. You can use CD/DVDs for backup if you configure One Care to back up locally on each computer.
