Issue with MSCRM Router certain mail items RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are getting the following error when process certain mail items coming into CRM.  This is happening on multiple queues.  We do not get this error on all emails.

We are currently using a non-exchange server with POP/SMTP connections.  All the mailboxes test out ok.

Could this be a time out issue setting that we might need to increase?

  • Hello Bryan,

It looks like crm web services is unavailable at the moment. I don't think this is timeout issue, but this stack trace doesn't contain enough information to find the reason of issue. Did you look in IIS logs on CRM server at time when this occurs? CRM trace also might be helpful.
