Product Key Not Working??? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I don't know what to do. I'm down to day 3 of trying to activate my copy of vista. My computer flipped out and all I could was reboot, and I was hoping I wouldn't need my product key, but apparently I did. After a while I found a program that could locate my product key, but it doesn't work. I have 3 days, and lol I'm panicking now. Pleeeease help, 3 days!!!

  • Hello Mecella,

I see that your version of Vista is a KMS Client. As you must know, KMS Client versions of Vista are used by Large Companies, Universities or Goverment Agencies. KMS Clients activate by connecting to a KMS Server (i.e. KMS Clients  do not connect to Microsoft to activate). I suggest contacting your Company's, University's or Goverment Agency's Network Admin or IT Dept for assistance in connecting your KMS Client to your Company's, University's or Goverment Agency's KMS Server.

In addition, your copy of MicrosoftOffice Enterprise 2007  was installed using a Key Gen'ed Volume License Key. Key Gen'ed keys are Product Keys that appear to be a Valid key, but it wasn't created by Microsoft. Please uninstall the Non-Genuine Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 from your computer and contact your Company's, University's or Goverment Agency's Network Admin or IT Dept for assistance in obtaining a Valid Office Product Key.

    Thank you,

    Darin Smith
