    One of the biggest problems is Windows Phone Hardware:

    What do you want from Windows Phone based Device?

    What Features Do You Wish Your Windows Phone based Device has?

    I have listed most important things here:

    1. CPU Speed
    2. Graphic Processor
    I/O system
    ==> 3. USB(standard – USB host)
    ==> 4. Video Out (Type , Quality)
    ==> 5. Audio Out (type)
    ==> 6. Camera (Quality, Flash , …)
    ==> 7. Connectivity (with same device or PC)
    ==> 8. Flashing LED
    ==> 9. Memory card slot (Limitation , favorite Memory type)
    ==> 10. Screen Size
    11. Battery
    12. GPS
    13. Tilt sensor
    14......

    I believe Microsoft have to design and build hardware.
    I prefer to buy Windows phone device With MICROSOFT brand.
    Iphone is popular because of its     hardware and software is from same company.

    gpu : Nvidia Tegra :-p (like zune HD)

    USB : mini usb standard with otg
    video out : (like zune hd)

    camera : 3.2 mp or more with xenon flash
    connectivity : At least (USB otg - wifi - bluetooth )
    memory : micro SD 32 GB
    screen : 320 x 480 pixels, 3.5 inches
    bat : 6h talk time
    gps : gps with A gps
    tilt : tilt
