Tracked emails are not visible in CRM RRS feed

  • Hello everyone

    One of my partners has troubles tracking an email in CRM. When an email is tracked in Outlook using the plug-in, it doesn't show up in CRM. It is marked as tracked and also when "Set regarding" is set, it won't be tracked in CRM. No error message is ever displayed, the system seems to work normally. Appointments are also tracked normally, no problems there.

    All settings in CRM and Outlook are configured how they should. Also he has the system administrator security role. A tracing doesn't answer any questions and a reinstall of the plugin didn't work neither. He is not the only one with this Problem, at least one other user also can't track mails in CRM.

    They use a cloud-based CRM and recently upgraded to CRM 2016. It is not known since when this problem exists.
