Error: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format" on Import Organization Wizard RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to move a CRM 4.0 deployment to another domain following this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/952934

I can get through the Import Organization Wizard part right up until editing user mappings, I make sure that all users are mapped then press Next which takes me to the System Requirements verification page....

On this page i get a green tick/check for Microsoft CRM Organization and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services but a red cross next to Microsoft SQL Server with detail: 'Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format'

Can anyone advise me what this message is related to and how I can resolve this.

    (Windows 2008 / SQL Server 2008)

    Thanks.
