Creating and extension for VSCode to run a key shortcut... (VSCode Question) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I have a question about VSCode, Hope it's okay to post it here, there aren't any VSCode specific forums.

Anyway I'm wondering if there would be an easy way to write an extension for VSCode that would basically just run the Format Document Shortcut whenever I type a character ⇧⌥

I get that wouldn't be great for large files etc. but for what I'm working with it would just be really handy to have it continuously formating the scripts I'm working on.
