Email is being sent to Junk Mail folder RRS feed

  • Dear all,

    Can anyone help me please??

    I have created a workflow to send an automatic mail.

    When the workflow executes, the mail is being sent o junk mail folder.

    Can anyone help me please, I want the mail to be delivered in the Inbox folder.

    I am using email router.

    Any help will be most appreciated.

  • Hi Vinay!
    This may be due to a large number of links, bold font, subject absence or other reasons.
    All your recipients did get these email in junk mail folder or just a few ?

  • if it in junk folder for exchange mail server ask from you network administrator to make the sender address in safe list
    - if it in junk folder for others mail server then you must check your message content linke ksenia Chingina say
