    Searching for info on Fluent Design for web, I stumbled upon the Web Framework (MWF) site and I saw it has a lot of info and documentation but nothing about rights to use the framework.

    Can anyone use the framework freely as he sees fit or is it a technology restricted only to Microsoft sites and employees?
