  I have been using winmerge for some time to synchronise versions of web sites.

   

  One aspect that I find quite tedious and error prone when XCopying is that I would also like to be able to synchronise folder permissions.

   

  e.g. if the NETWORK SERVICE account has permissions to write and delete to a folder in the source site but does not have these permissions in the equivalent destination folder I would like this to be displayed as a difference with the option of synchronising permissions.

   

  Is this something that might get added to a future version of SyncToy?
