My backup doesn't work either and never has. RRS feed

  • I have three computers in the OneCare network, one of which (a desktop) is set up as the hub.  The hub has an external hard drive (120 gb), which I am trying to use as the backup disk for all three computer.  The setup looks just fine with the external hard drive identified as the backup disk.  However, when I try to back up I get a message that the program cannot identify the back up drive.

  • Is the backup disc configured with a Share as the backup location and do all users have full rights to the Share?
