CRM Case Associated View needs to Default to All. - RRS feed

  • Hello all, 
    I have a question and am deeply in need of help. My organization is making the switch to Dynamics CRM 2011 from some custom software that was written in-house. I've managed most of the customization myself, however, I can't for the life of me, understand how to make the default filter under Accounts >> Case Associated View. Anything that displays current and historical cases as well will suffice, and this is the last real obstacle standing in the way of this deployment. Thanks to everyone who answered questions similar to this already.
