How to cancel a previous workflow RRS feed

  • hi,

    I have created a workflow that calculates SLA times and places them on the case form, (please note these times are there to make sure that emails are sent at those times) now the thing is when the case status changes the times need to change and be recalculated and check that the previous times had reached SLA or not, if they haven't then the previous workflow needs to be stopped ( and emails shouldn't be sent based on previous times but in the present)  and the second SLA calculation should continue! then send the emails. I need to make sure that the emails are not sent twice...

  • Thanks for sharing the information, actually I have been wondering to do the same thing here. I didn't think it can be easily done like this. 

    It looks like you are sharing information instead of looking for help, it might be a good idea to change the thread type to discussion instead of question if that's the case.
