Multiple SLAs active at the same time RRS feed

  • Hi all

    I have multiple SLAs depending on different CRM calendars. I need all of them active because some times a case will be created for a SLA worked by people in calendar 1, and other times a case in calendar 2, calendar 3, and so on. But it seems that dynamics only allows 1 default sla. What can I do?
