Hello Tops Reyes,
Your Office Home and Student 2007 may not be nongenuine---it may be that the steps in the KB article to change the product key for your installed Office are not suitable for changing the installed edition of Office from Enterprise to H&S.
Please uninstall the nongenuine Office Enterprise 2007, restart twice, then install Office H&S 2007. Activate, then restart, then rerun the mgadiag utility http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 and post a fresh report.

Hi Dan,
Thank you for your answer. I did that already but it seems that MS won't accept my new product key and recognizes it as invalid. I am using a product key from a MS Office Home and Student 2007 which I bought from a genuine supplier here in the Philippines which also allows licenses for 3 machines.
