  • That key is the emergency key for your Windows.  It is not for Office.  The Office product key should be in the paperwork for your computer.  If it is a trial copy you will need to purchase a product key once the trial period has ended in order to continue to use Office.

In which region are you located?

Why are you entering the product key from the sticker?

What message are you getting that is telling you to do that?

In order to use English and Spanish you need to be using Windows 7 Ultimate and then download the free multilanguage user interface pack from Microsoft.
