Best book on CRM for learning customizations

Question
-
I have a copy of "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Unleashed" and the Microsoft CRM Step-By-Step book but I am looking for a book that really helps the "administrator" type to do CRM custimizations. I am considering theses books:
"Programming Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0" (Pro-Developer) by Mike Snyder and "Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0" by Jim Stiger
I am doing form and attribute customizations. I have done some simple J script also, but I'm hung up on the whys and hows of creating custom entities and some other customization details.
Thanks.
Greg

Both books by the Sonoma Partners, Mike Snyder and Jim Steger, are great. I would recommend either for what you describe. "Working With..." will provide you with a broader scope for administering a CRM deployment while "Programming..." is more geared toward doing more extensive customizations.
