Somehow an external drive was selected as the backup device and I cannot get it changed to a "Centralized Device" I have gone to the quick links and selected the change settings but the Centralized device is greyed out and I can't get it to accept the DVD or CD drive when browsingThursday, March 19, 2009 1:56 AM

Centralized Backup cannot be peformed to a CD/DVD. You can follow Jim's instructions to reset the backup plan for a PC to clear all selections and then configure backup for the single PC to point to CD/DVD if desired, or configure Centralized Backup for multiple PCs in yoru Circle to use the external drive.
