    Is this program check USB ports?  I couldn't find anything related to that,

    Dear Customer,

       Thanks for your posted, "Fix it Center(Mr.Fix it) currently was not support check USB ports". So I suggest you post your issue to a correct forum that you can get the right solution soon.
