Miminum Required permissions to view and work on Tickets RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a set of users who need to login to CRM and work on Tickets we receive from customers. I don't want to grant privilege to view Accounts and Contacts. I have tried to set privileges for Tickets module alone but it newer worked. What are the Minimum required privileges to be configured to achieve this? Please help.
