    Hi,

    I am using CRM 2011.

    I want to know that, i have a marketing list with 300 members, now i want to send a email to the marketing list members, but my condition is that, i want to send a mail to only 100 members at a time.

    so is there any way to do this ??

    There's no immediate way to do this. Some options are:

    • Use Advanced Find to find the members of the marketing list. Manually select 100 records from the results and use Bulk Email
    • Create 3 separate static marketing lists, and manually (using Advanced Find to evaluate the members) add 100 members to each list
    • If you don't have to send email to precisely 100 members, you could create 3 separate dynamic marketing lists, with population rules like 'Members of the main marketing list, with a name beginning with A-J', 'Members of the main marketing list, with a name beginning with K-R' etc.
