Has anyone taken sales accreditation exam for CSA dynamics CRM RRS feed

    , I am wondering if anyone has taken the exams for sales accreditation to qualify for CSA. I am not sure what are the topics and what 

    Employ solution selling techniques and apply business processes in the sales cycle – 30%

    you can click the exams and see in the "skills measured" tab what topics are covered for that exam. In the "Preperation Materials" tab you can find out if any resources have been released (books, courses, online,...)

    Nothing to worry on the Exam side. As you will be having an option of attempting n number of times. It is good that you try the exam after having a good study. You will get passed easily.

    I have been completed many Sales exam for my company's silver/gold certifications.
