Hi,
I want to confirm with you if problem happens when accessing Remote Web Access of WHS 2011 and displays error 404?
If problem happens using Edge browser, please try to use Internet Explorer ( desktop version IE ) to access the website and check the result.
Also, please try to the RWA webpage from internal and external client system, confirm that if there is any difference.
If possible, try to repair RWA using WHS dashboard built-in wizard and check the result.
