Main menu briefly appears before screen returning error 404 white trying to access remotely RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Remote access WHS from PC running W10 has always been complicated as Edge does not allow it ; it used to work by using IE instead of Edge >

    Unfortunately my recent experiences have all been unsuccessful : I can access the menu which asks for id and pwd. After hitting the return key I can very briefly see the WHS main menu before the screen gets updated and returns an error 404 message.

    Has someone a clue for fixing this problem ?

    I want to confirm with you if problem happens when accessing Remote Web Access of WHS 2011 and displays error 404?

    If problem happens using Edge browser, please try to use Internet Explorer ( desktop version IE ) to access the website and check the result.

    Also, please try to the RWA webpage from internal and external client system, confirm that if there is any difference.

    If possible, try to repair RWA using WHS dashboard built-in wizard and check the result.
