windows 10 crash RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I am getting exactly the same unexpected restarts on the computer, but these happen on a Windows 10 Pro version 1809. I am using an Intel I7 chipset on a Gigabyte Z370P motherboard and an NVidia  GeForce RTX 2060 GPU.

Always before the crashes, these events occur as they are logged in the Windows Log/System:

    0.

    Log Name:      System
    Source:        Microsoft-Windows-Ntfs

    >> Volume C: (\Device\HarddiskVolume4) is healthy.  No action is needed.

Then system restarts all of a sudden.

    4.

    >> The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Restarts of the PC are generally random, although I noticed they happen most frequently when playing GTA 5 game. Although, restarts are not limited when playing games, they happened also when browsing the Internet with Chrome.

Can you help me with a solution? Thank you.
