Creating Webinar type web application in ASP.NET WebForm

  Hi Guys,

  I am creating a web application as like below scenario-

  I am on my webcam and I can share a URL to other and that users can only watch and listen me.

  Is that possible in pure ASP.NET C# ?

  If yes, then please suggest me that how can build it?
