Support phone number?

Question
-
I have searched high and low for a phone number to talk to SOMEONE. My problem is this: My desktop lost its motherboard yesterday.. so I openend my laptop (That I haven't used in over a year). I noticed my onecare wasn't up to date, so I entered my information. It says I don't have a onecare subscription and it wants me to renew! I paid just last November! When I go to my account it says my last payment wan't recieved but my desk top was up to date.
I cant turn it on to find out what ID I was using for my last renewal. Who do I talk to, what do I do?Tuesday, February 24, 2009 6:26 PM

The support phone number isn't published and if it appears here in the forum, we have to delete it as it is only available to paid subscribers after validating their subscription. I know that's a catch 22 for you, unfortunately. Officially:

Unofficial path - send me an email at sboots@mvps.org with a subject line including "OneCare" (to get past my spam filtering) and in the message body, tell me what country you are in, your forum nickname, and paste this link:

If you don't get a response from me via email in 24 hours, assume that my spam filtering blocked your message and post back here to let me know.

Oh, and you may be able to determine the LiveID for your subscription by trying any email addresses you have as LiveIDs at https://billing.microsoft.com - if you find the right one, your subscription will be listed.
