CRM 2013 SLA's - Longer than 3 days? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    With the new Service Management functionality it is possible to create SLA items. This seems limited to a maximum of 3 days. Is it possible to go beyond this? We have a 10 day SLA for example. 

    If so how can this be achieved? If not, why is this limitation in place and how can it be mitigated?

  • Has anyone found a solution to this problem. I was hoping that in the CRM 2015 Spring release this limitation would be lifted but it's still there. It makes the SLA feature very limited.

  • So this is a little strange, and isn't readily apparent from looking at it... even though the pick list will only go up to 3 days, you can actually type in whatever value you want into that box.

    Just type in 10 days or whatever appropriate values you want.  That should work!
