Analytics Not Capturing RRS feed

    I have a webpage that redirects to another location and I want to track the number of hits to that website.  I have added the site to adcenter and I have placed the script in the page prior to the redirection.  It is not logging.

     

    Any input would be appreciated.

    Hi Stephanie,

     

    A few questions before I refer you over to our support group, to see if I can clear this up.

     

    First: In Gatineau, is the website status green?

     

    Second: Did you make sure the script was placed inside the <body> and </body> tags?

     

    If both of those are true please contact support at https://support.adcenter.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=gatineau&ct=eformts . Refer to this discussion and we will continue working on the issue from there.
