  • My device manager on my HP All in One stopped recognizing my Trimble Survey Controller TSC3 a few weeks ago. I don't use this PC Full Time any longer but use another PC at my office. The office PC sometimes does not recognize it so I reither have to do a re-start of the PC or sometimes just unplug the device and replug it. But this PC, An HP all in one, won't recognize it no matter what I do. I deleted the device manager that was embedded in Windows 10 and thought I would just re-install it, but I cannot find where I can download another application from your site. I can hook up the collector to my old laptop with the My Windows Based Device icon and it works just fine.

Can you direct me to either re-install Device Manager or Acitive Sync like on my old laptop please?

  • Hi,

I guess your issue is related with Bluetooth.
What did you do about Bluetooth on your computer and Trimble TSC3? Explain what and how is your environment.
