But I mean, that by default we have list of security roles, such as described here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg334717.aspx#bkmk_list
In this list we see "Support User" role. But when I open my CRM > Settings > Administration > Security Roles - in my list I have all of roles, which described on the link, except "Support user". That's why I'm looking for this role, because it's
already includes permissions which I need for my IT specialists.
