Logs not truncating after full backups

  Hi,

  I have  a DAG setup where 3 copies of a database is present. We take full backup of the database using DPM to backup passive copy.
  
  Now since last few days Full backup of the database is successful but the logs are still there ...not truncated.
  and i need to remove them. Can i enable Circular logging to remove all of them...if yes then how should i go about it ?
  
  If i enable circular logging...do i need to restart replication service also to apply it....?
