If your operating system is Windows XP you will find outlook Express in your Start Menu. If your operating system is Vista you can use Windows Mail, which is just an updated version of Outlook Express.

Jim;
You seem knowledgeable. ATT (BellSouth my email service) says Outlook is not erasing messages off the outlook server when I hit delete. Therefore I am using up my allotted email memory size. Any ideas on how to permanently remove deleted emails?Monday, June 8, 2009 2:04 AM -
There is an option in Outlook to leave a copy of e-mails on the server. You should uncheck this option if it is checked. Open Outlook>Tools>Account Settings>Change>More Settings>Advanced, uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on the server".
