    Hi, 

    Can anyone shed some light on how the PS 2013 would behave if I change one of my projects from certain Project type to SharePoint list. How the Project Site and tasks would be impacted?

    I dont have a dev environment with me to test it and can't take risk without knowing directly in prodution

    Hi Syed,

    Basically it won't change anything for the project site and the tasks. The only significative difference is that contrary to the SharePoint list, project's tasks cannot be updated directly in the project site but it has to be done in PWA.

    Additionnaly, out-of-the-box, both EPT have the same project site template such it will be transparent. Note that in case you configured a custom project site template for one of the 2 EPTs, changing a project EPT won't update the project site accordingly with the new EPT's template.
