MCT Alumni and MOC delivery? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Can a "MCT Alumni" officially deliver MOC training?

I assume its a 'yes' as when the MCT renewal window arrives again there should be proof in MTM that a course has been delivered?

    Thanks,

    DW

  • Your current MCT status is valid until 31st May 2014 so you will be able to teach up until that date.  New MCT enrolments will open around 1st June 2014  (I think) and you will need to reapply.  You should contact your local Microsoft Regional Service Center to discuss what the criteria is for re-applying to join the MCT Program.

  • So when I renewed my MCT this year, I could only apply for the 'MCT Alumni' option, since I have not trained in the past 12 months.

Now I have a few training opportunities, and you are saying that as 'MCT Alumni' I cannot deliver it?

How is a person meant to return to the full MCT program then?

I was under the impression that I could deliver training as a 'MCT Alumni' so that when I renew next year, I will then be able to return to a full MCT status.

Please could someone clarify the process & validate the original question/answer on this post.

    thank you,

    D
