Windows Updates through One Care knock me off the Internet. I lose connectivity through my wireless and ethernet adaptor.

  I lose connectivity through both wireless and ethernet network adaptors. I've had to turn off the firewall and the One Care anti-virus, then uninstall, reinstall adaptors after Window's important updates. This happens after every Windows Update.

  What can I do other than shut off all Window updates?
