Contacts missing when selecting Category for To RRS feed

  •  I load Live Mail and use the TO button to select a Category, all the contacts in the category are not there. When I click the + to expand the category, contacts are missing. The number missing varies from time to time. Sometime it works OK. It does not make a difference if I am signed in or not.

    I see other people on the internet have the same problem. I cannot believe Microsoft has not fixed the problem. I cannot find any fixes any where..
