After installing the trial subscription and running the program...the following error appears "C0000135 (unable to locate component) This application failed to start because basejphBt32 was not found.) Re-install the application may fix this problem. Can anyone help me out with this?

Ah, then you do have a conflict.
When the PC is booting, before Windows attempts to load, press the F8 key repeatedly until you get a menu of choices. Try selecting "Last known good configuration" or boot to Safe Mode in order to remove your other security software and/or OneCare.

Try removing OneCare and running the cleanup tool.
Cleanup tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2
Then review the general troubleshooting here, http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1588602&SiteID=2, paying particular attention to the removal of all other security software completely before reinstalling.
