Blue Screen of Death after installing Trial Subscription Live One Care RRS feed

  • After installing the trial subscription and running the program...the following error appears "C0000135 (unable to locate component) This application failed to start because basejphBt32 was not found.) Re-install the application may fix this problem. Can anyone help me out with this?

  • Ah, then you do have a conflict.

    When the PC is booting, before Windows attempts to load, press the F8 key repeatedly until you get a menu of choices. Try selecting "Last known good configuration" or boot to Safe Mode in order to remove your other security software and/or OneCare.
