CRM 2013 UI issue RRS feed

  • hi there,

    We're upgraded to CRM 2013 when I try to access the CRM 2013 (on-pre) the UI disturbed, ribbon not displaying window not opening properly. I've try to add it comparability mode view but there is no use.

    I face this issue in IE only. version IE 11

    my url is http://www.mycrmsite.com:1234/myorg

    Please suggest.

    I've resolved this issue by cleaning all the temp. data and I've added my crm url in compatibility mode view.

    Its working fine in all my clients machine so far.

  • Hi M2012,

    If you're facing this issue in IE 11, that's quite normal since IE11 is not supported by Dynamics CRM 2013 officially. Try clearing your cache and adding mycrmsite.com to trusted sites. It might work that way.

    Does it work fine in lower IE versions?

  • Hi,

    Additionally, other reasons that I've seen the command bar not displaying:

    1. You have some jquery manipulation of the Dom left over from CRM2011

    2. A ribbon enable rule calling JavaScript has a script error in it ( check F12 script console for errors)

    3. You have tool tip text / descriptions / titles on your buttons

  • Hi,

    I've added my site under trusted sites no use and on IE 10-9 , Firefox - 26, Chrome 28 its working like jem, the only issue with IE 11.

    No issues recorded under F12 console and yes, form do have tool tip/descriptions / titles on respective control / title.

  • IE 11 is not supported officially by Microsoft still.
