CRM 2011 Assign Ribbon Button Disabled Bug? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Has anyone noticed in CRM2011, if you have assign privileges but not update on a case, the assign button is greyed on the ribbon, however if you use Properties, you can see that the 'Assign' checkbox is checked. Furthermore, you can assign the record via the grid view.

    This seems like a bug to me?
