    As requested!

As I suspected - there is still a major problem.
Your activation status is now showing as being unactivated - which means that it will show non-genuine status again in 28 days time.

As I said earlier, your problem is that someone has installed a hacker's Loader program to bypass proper activation.
You need to get rid of the hack first, and then see if your existing OEM_SLP Key works - if not try changing the Key to the one on your COA Sticker.

Someone (or something) has ununstalled the Software Protection Service!

First make sure that Notepad is configured NOT to wrap! (click on View - UNcheck 'Wrap') then make sure that there are only 4 lines of code, all beginning with 'sc ', each followed by a single blank line.
If that's not the case, then you may have a corrupt file, so try downloading it again.

Highlight ALL the text (including the blank lines) between the two lines of ***s - select Copy, and then paste it to Notepad to make sure that the formatting is correct. (once it is, then save the just in case!) then Copy the resulting lines

Open an Elevated Command Prompt window - click on the Start button, and in the Search box, type CMD. wait for the system to find the one file, then right-click on that and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt if you get one

Right-click on the C:\ icon  (top left of the window) and select Edit... >Paste

You should get Success responses after each line of code

    when complete, reboot

test the outcome (MGADiag should now report properly on the state of the license)

Creating a .bat file from the test between the ****s also works, if run as Admin

OK - now I can see why the SPPSVC was broken in the first place!
Your Hewlett Packard PC has a copy of Windows installed from an Acer Recovery disk - probably enabled by a Hacker's Loader tool.
For what version and edition of Windows is the computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?
Have you sent the machine in for repair at ay time, or loaned it to anyone?

Please post a new MGADiag report - I doubt it's 'fixed' at all.
