What qualifications for security? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Okay so I am currently at university studying computer sciences and I am looking at taking some other qualifications from Microsoft on my own, and I have no idea where to begin.

Ideally I would like to work in security in incident response, and I feel that some Microsoft qualifications will help me further my career, but I currently only have a Cisco I.T Essentials, so where would I be best to start off with the certifications?

Also relating to the certification you would recommend, could you recommend a good source to study from? like good books or even websites that may teach me the stuff.

  • Hello,

The 'Academic Initiatives - Learning Resources' forum is for posts related to online / offline training / learning resources as related to Microsoft's Academic Initiatives.

I'd ask in the Training and Certification forum.
