Office XP Small Business suddenly won't validate or update RRS feed

  • Question

  • Followed all instructions, message we get is that Office XP is not activated.  Attempting to activate from within an Office XP program returns the message that product is activated.  Validation fails and we can't download updates for Office XP, altho Windows updates download with no problem.  Here is MGA diagnostics info from Office tab:

We're having the identical problem on two of our computers; the other three have no problems with downloading updates for Office XP Pro.  Help!
