  • I recently bought a new laptop with a full Microsoft package as well as a product key with 25 letters  stuck at the back, however after failling to acivate the key i downloaded a free trial but it expires today. So is it possible if you could activate my original key product?

  • The product key affixed to your new computer is for Windows Vista and not any Microsoft Office
    software. 
    Apparently, you had a trial version of Microsoft Office installed.  You'll need to purchase a license for Microsoft Office in order to continue the use of the program.
