During installation I get a red X next to X64 Processor, 1.3 Ghz and can not install. The other two are green checkmarks. My CPU is an AMD X2 4400+ 64bit (2.2GHz)
Here is the Product page off of AMD;s site for the Proc I am using:

Unfortunately your processor speed appears to be too slow for the minimum specs. Never seen the red X during install before but that must be what it is indicating.
The current minimum hardware requirements are as follows:
- Vail is a 64-bit only operating system.
- System Requirements:
- 1.4 GHz x64 processor.
- 2 GB RAM
- At least one 160 GB hard drive.
- NTFS is the only supported file system.
- Supported Networking Configuration:
- Your server computer must be connected via a network cable to a router.
- The router should be a UPnP-certified device, but it is not required.
- The router should be in the 192.168.x.x subnet, but it is not

I think you've missed the point of the OP. His CPU is 2.2 GHz, it would
appear that setup is incorrectly detecting it as a 1.3 GHz CPU.

Your right Paul.
I saw the specs said 2.2 Ghz on the AMD site. Thanks for the correction.
Possibly it is worth Joviannm running a utility, possibly CPU-Z to check his machine is running at the speed expected and not the 1.3Ghz reported.

My old athlon boards occasionally would revert to the base multiplier (x4) I think it was. Perhaps yours has done something simular or your FSb has dropped to 133..Friday, February 25, 2011 8:49 AM
