Can't upgrade

I'm in a classic Catch 22. I can't upgrade, because I can't find the hotmail address I used when I installed, and I can't get in without that. Can't even send for reminder, because.... the system keeps directing me in a big circle. Anyway around this without having to go back to Norton? Thanks

Contact support. Select the option in the flow that you are a trial user and provide the details of your problem. With your contact information, credit card, and/or retail key, support can advise you what LiveID your subscription is under.

Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with all of your LiveIDs until you find the OneCare subscription listed.
