  • The CRM 2011 server with Rollup 6 has been running fine for the last 12 months, but now experiencing some issues

    1. Email Router - The authentication endpoint Username was not found on the configured Secure Token Service
    2. When trying to access IFD url: https://crm.xxx.xxx the usual login screen appears and then ‘Windows Security’ window appears with ‘Connecting to auth.xxx.xxx’. Regardless of when you enter a ‘401.1 Unauthorized’ error is returned.

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    I have tried enabling and disabling the username endpoint in ADFS

  • HI Brad,

                    Check if any of the certificates in the AD FS or the CRM server is expired and on that case you will need to renew it.
