  • Hello David, you can request support using the help link in the One Care console. Backup to external drives is supported in One Care. If you have recently added an external drive, after connecting your drive open One Care>Change Settings>Backup>Configure Backup>Change Settings> Change backup location.

    If you need additional help with One Care backup you can post a question here or contact support.
