  • Question

  • Hi,

Since this morning, we have critical issues on all our CRM environments :

    - not able to publish the changes

    - not able to change users' divisions or security field profiles

It says "SQL Server Error" (below, the error script without the links as i can not put it)

Thanks in advance for your help !

    Script :

  • Hi Ronny,

Could you try enabling tracing for Dynamics CRM and maybe get more details about what is wrong? Also, is there anything significant in the event viewer.

Did you do any changes before this started happening?

  • Hi,

We did a deployment on 7th March

It seems we are not the only one to have this issue (I think Microsoft did some deployment on last friday as an orange frame appears on sandbox environments

    Thanks !

  • We have the same issue logged with MS. It appears an issue with CRM 2013 UR2 (v6.0.2.43) which affects some but not all online organisations.

  • Ok, thanks, we are on on-line CRM 2013 UR2 (v6.0.2.43) and we logged this issue with MS on monday, still waiting for the resolution...

We planned a release on this thursday, seems to be really compromised !
