  I'm extremely computer-illiterate! My Ustream video stopped working several days ago. I was watching a puppy cam and now I am unable to watch it or any others on Ustream. I get a blank white screen. I am able to watch news videos linked through MSN. Three different techs at my local computer store uploaded updates to my computer and still no luck. What do I need to do??
