Unable to reinstall

I was having problems with being able to print from my laptop. I decided to remove Onecare from my desktop and then try to reinstall to see if that had anything to do with it. Well my problem is I can't reinstall Onecare now. Each time I try to reinstall is say Error Id 0036-80070666. Can you tell me what I need to do to fix this problem?

I just located your post in the off topic folder.

For the 0036 error, try running the cleanup tool -

and then try to install once again.

Same thing I uninstalled because it was acting a little weird than tryed to reinstall an I keep getting an error id. What to do.

Are you getting the 0036-nnnnn error or a different one? If it is the 0036 error, see the reply above your post. If it is a different one, post the complete error code or contact support (link in reply above).
